Stuffed Peppers with Cheese & Sesame SeedsIngredients:Red and yellow bell peppersMozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)Black sesame seedsInstructions:Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds.Stuff each pepper half with mozzarella cheese.Sprinkle black sesame seeds over the top for added crunch.Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.Remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute before serving.These are the perfect finger food, simple yet delicious!
