Fry the steaks until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Remove and keep warm.For the gravy, use the same pan. Add butter or a little of the frying oil, sprinkle in flour, and whisk until lightly browned. Slowly add milk, whisking until smooth and thick. Season with salt and black pepper.Serve the chicken fried steak hot, topped generously with creamy gravy, just like in the image with mashed potatoes and corn on the side.
